Griffith Elder will showcase its weigh-beam portable agricultural vehicle weighing system at this month’s Cereals Event, held on 15-16 June at Chrishall Grange, Cambridgeshire

Described as very successful since their launch two seasons ago, the weigh-beams come with a large display, and fobs are available so that the driver does not need to get out of the tractor. Tare weights can be stored in the indicator.

The weigh-beams can store vehicle weights and net weights of grain to a USB memory stick, so harvest information can be transferred into a spreadsheet to give yield per field. For details contact Peter King on 01284 719 619 or visit www.griffith-elder.com

Cross Agricultural Engineering is featuring its Tri-axle 30T double chaser bin. The machine features twin discharge augers and split hopper to accommodate seed and fertiliser for drilling and then used as a chaser bin during harvest.

Ken Graham Engineering have entered their Maxi Threshing Kit into the IMMA awards. It says the kit highlights the ease with which the system can be fitted to the concave of a combine and the resultant 10-15% increase in threshing capacity.
