German tractor maker Fendt has launched its first telehandler – with a lifting cab giving the operator a full 360º all-round view.

With a load of 5.5 tonnes and a lifting height of 8.5m, Fendt says the Cargo T955 can meet the highest demands in loading work – including on farms where large amounts of material needs to be moved, or where large and heavy loads need to be stacked or loaded.

The company’s home-grown front loader has been a best seller for many years. The new telehandler is built in cooperation with Sennebogen – best known for building large industrial machinery including port cranes and material handling machines.

The Fendt Cargo T955 combines the advantages of a conventional telehandler – such as lifting height, reach, low body height, high manoeuvrability and stability – with the performance characteristics of a wheel loader in the same weight class.
